4358 Wisteria Lane, has been owned by Karen McCluskey Since the show's beginning. after the tornado in "Something's Coming" Karen McCluskey's home was completely destroyed, and a new house has since been constructed. Karen and her family moved onto the lane in the early 1980s.

• This house is the only one on the Colonial Street Set to have a complete first and second floor interior. (Season 4 onwards). As a result no interior shots are filmed in a soundstage.
• Dubbed the "McCluskey Home" on Universal's back lot, as it was built in 2007 for the show.
