The promo begins with a rolling apple and closeups of the housewives Gabrielle dances across Edie stomps on an apple to death Katherine and the housewives eat it. Chuck E. Cheese’s used the promo in their September 2008 showtape but replaces the song with Michael Jackson’s Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough with voiceovers of the housewives mixed into it.
